I still cherish my first visit to English country side - it was a trip to Cotswolds, Little Corner Of Natural Beauty In England. After moving to England we really did not want to visit popular cities of the UK first, rather we decided to explore the countryside first to get the feel of the history and culture of England. Though we visited the most popular ones like London, Oxford and Scotland but the Cotswolds won our heart the moment we stepped into this beautiful part of England.

I am not going to lie - ever since I moved to this part of the world it hasn’t failed to impress me every single day. Be it the history, culture, stunning scenic views, or the enchanting countryside, England has plenty to offer to its visitors. However, even if the list of attractions and places to visit here are pretty long, for me, English villages have a different kind of charm that you can’t afford to miss.

I consider myself lucky because I’ve got this opportunity to stay in England - the country is filled with beautiful landscapes that you couldn’t resist capturing with your camera. From historical buildings to tranquil villages and picturesque lakes, this place has so much to offer to its visitors. Whilst in England, there are two things you should not miss - visiting the English countryside and capturing gorgeous pictures.

Minster Lovell Hall is a romantic ruined manor house set beside a lazy river in a tiny picturesque village along with the perks of swimming, paddling, and picnics.

Steeped in history and full of beautiful old cottages and houses, East Hagbourne is an attractive village and civil parish. Tourists often visit popular nearby towns like Oxford or Wallingford. Home of antiquated and romantic castles, starkly beautiful landscapes, incredible old buildings, and structures, Scotland never disappoints its visitors resulting in finding itself in the bucket list of numerous travelers. And for a person like me, who is from India and grew up watching Bollywood movies, Scotland holds a special place in my bucket list too. Used as a location for many Bollywood songs, no doubt Scotland attracts many tourists every year from India. Luckily I got a golden chance to visit Edinburgh, the capital site of Scotland, just before the coronavirus lockdown.
