Whenever I think about our trip to Miami Beach, only one thought come to my mind - tans will fade but the memories won’t. After our delightful experience of Disney world (read more here), it would have been a crime to return back to Houston without visiting Miami Beach. We had read so much about the beach and its beautiful turquoise water!

Popularly known as “God’s own Country”, Kerala is one of the beautiful states of India that offers a wide variety of flora and fauna. Many Bollywood movies are filmed in this beautiful state. Pleasant climate, serene beaches, hill stations, backwaters, lush greenery all are so beautiful that you would like to visit there again and again.

We visited Edinburgh, the charming capital of Scotland during the winter. And to our misery, it rained every day during our visit. But, in spite of all the rain and chilly winter breeze, one thing I can say about Edinburgh is that even the rain can’t dampen its beauty.

I still cherish my first visit to English country side - it was a trip to Cotswolds, Little Corner Of Natural Beauty In England. After moving to England we really did not want to visit popular cities of the UK first, rather we decided to explore the countryside first to get the feel of the history and culture of England. Though we visited the most popular ones like London, Oxford and Scotland but the Cotswolds won our heart the moment we stepped into this beautiful part of England.

Who does not know about Disney World - the most magical place on the earth? I am fortunate enough to visit this magical world with my family way back in the year 2015. Someone truly said - “You will never be too old to visit Disney World”. And we felt the same - not only our daughter, but we also enjoyed it so much that I can’t even explain our experience in words. Whether you are a Disneyphile or not, this place will leave you in awe, the moment you enter this world.

The Great Smoky Mountains, is not just mountains - this place offers many wonderful things to do, places to visit, and is highly capable of making long-lasting impressions.

If I have to admit something, then I would say that the best thing that happened in my life was that I started enjoying travelling. I firmly believe that travel is an excellent way to find yourself. As I travelled to many places around the world, I realized that travelling is like meditation. Visiting different places or rather getting a chance to live in different places changed my perspective and introduced me to my better version. So this year’s MyFriendAlexa theme would be experiences and memories from the places that I have travelled so far.

I am not going to lie - ever since I moved to this part of the world it hasn’t failed to impress me every single day. Be it the history, culture, stunning scenic views, or the enchanting countryside, England has plenty to offer to its visitors. However, even if the list of attractions and places to visit here are pretty long, for me, English villages have a different kind of charm that you can’t afford to miss.
